Eversharp Lead Display Case

A store display case for Eversharp leads. Dates to 1943 as it has a small ad on the front that says “Tune in Phil Baker in “Take it or Leave it” on CBS every Sunday night”. That was a radio show that started in 1943 that Phil was the host of (show became the 64,000 dollar question in the 50’s). No damage at all to artwork on the glas. There are over 100 of the pencil lead containers still with it! A great display piece of advertising art and pencil history. The back plate has a chart that lists all the major brands of pencils of the day (including conklin, parker, etc.) and the appropriate lead size and type for it.
