J. Butler – “J. Butler Maker London”

Early Joshua Butler pencil (Butler retired in 1839). It is in excellent condition, no damage; imprint is crisp and clear; orange glass seal. Another Butler I have is imprinted “Makers” plural and includes “& Co.” in the name.
