Josh Baker – Musket (Pencil/Toothpick) – 1842

Rare pencil made by Josh Baker. It is in excellent condition (needs lead). Made of German Silver; no damage. The “rifle” contains both a pencil and a toothpick. Note that the design is actually filed in the name of Joseph Baker (perhaps Josh is an abbreviation?). Joseph Baker of Birmingham is the holder of this patent.
