Leroy W. Fairchild – Ornate barrel – Gold

An example of a very similar design Fairchild combo is on page 126 of the Crosbie book Tools to Jewels. This one is in excellent condition (needs replacement nib). “Fairchild” is engraved on the barrel extension piece. The pencil is extended by twisting the upper barrel and the pen by pushing the pinned collar.
