Unknown Maker – Birds – Gold Plate

It is a nicely engraved pencil with images of two birds, trees, and a rising sun. Some minor plate loss but otherwise in excellent condition; opens and closes smoothly. Some very faint tiny letters on barrel near base that are likely the maker’s mark. Looks like “_ _ o u a n t
