Great world war II victory pencil. It is in like new condition. The barrel says “Uncle Sam – The undefeated World’s Champion” “Souvenir of Knoxville, Tenn.”. Graphics are in great shape and no damage to the wood pencil itself. The mechanism is frozen and won’t advance lead.
