Perry & Co. – “Baron Von Humboldt” Pen Nibs

A full box of Perry & Co. “Baron Von Humboldt” nibs. 100 original unused nibs are inside, along with an advertising leaflet. According to the box, this nib design was invented by J. Alexandre and approved by Baron Von Humboldt. Advertising leaflet identifies Perry & Co. as the manufacturer. These likely date to the 1870’s-1880’s as the Baron died in 1859 and the box image is of him as an older man. (Boxes of the Humboldt nibs also appear in the 1884 Perry Illustrated catalog which can be found in the “Other Resources” section of the website.)
