Telescoping pen/pencil combo from Sampson Mordan. The bottom part of the barrel pulls out and there are then two sliders to extend the pen or the pencil. The barrel is embossed with “S. Mordan & Co.”. Beautiful hand engraved barrel. No dents or dings. Needs a nib.
