WM / Perry & Co. – Silver

This one is a tad confusing. It is stamped “WM” on the outer barrel (stamped, not engraved) and it is generally a high quality silver pencil, but the tip is stamped Perry & Co. Patent. So it may be a Perry, or it may be a “WM”. The tip extends by twisting the end after extending the inner barrel.
