Figural Inkwell – Curling Stone

Little inkwell in the form of a curling stone. Appears to be made of some form of earthenware (too heavy to be porcelain). It has the appearance of granite but under the loupe the finish looks hand done and not natural. The lid is a little loose but still connected well. It once was silver plated but most of the plating is gone. No chips or cracks.
