Heintz Art Metal Shop was located in Buffalo and in 1912 he perfected a way to aapply sterling silver to bronze without the use of solder; hence the patent date on his pieces. His shop fabricated many different designs and products and are a highly sought after collectible. Higher preference is given to pieces with original patina although cleaned pieces still command a very good price.
